Here’s some helpful tips to keep in mind: 

  • Plan your meals and do a weekly shop based on the ingredients you’ll need for the weekly plan 

  • Prepare your meals in advance and you’ll have less to think about! 

  • Chop vegetables for the next day!

  • Cook some extra dishes at the weekend and freeze them!
